2: fish head + 1t salt + 3 wedges lemon (1.2g)~

2 cups cabbage (4g) + 1t oyster sauce (0.6g)
35 green tea pumpkin seeds (1/8 cup, 2g)
Some pesto (2g)
3 blackberries (1g)
1/2 fish head 1 (2.3g) + 1/2 fish head 2 (0.6g)
1 cup cabbage (2g) + 1/2t oyster sauce (0.3g)
Total: 15.3g
