1013 October, Low Carb, Stuff I Made

1 October: ‘Lohikeitto’ + Macaroni

So I ate a ton of peanut butter, 1/4 of my cottage cheese mousse


Re-did the Lohikeitto:
– 1/2 leek (54kcal, 6.5g)
– 2 cups water
– 1 potato, cubed (110kcal, 35g)
– <200g salmon, cubed (250kcal)
– 1/4 cup cream + 1/8 cup yogurt (110kcal + 20kcal, 1.6g + 2g)
– 1T cottage cheese (12kcal, 0.75g) + about 1/2-3/4 cup blended cauliflower (20kcal, 2g)
– 1/8 cup milk (20kcal, about 4g)
– salt and pepper
Total: 584kcal, 51.85g


It was pretty watery though.. :/ I also added too much salt

Pan-seared some left-over salmon with garlic and salt (mmm!)


I also made some leftover macaroni abomination for my helper:
– garlic
– splash of milk
– 2 egg yolks
– small bowl of macaroni
– some cheese sauce (it smelt like puke though OTL)
– 1T tomato sauce

And if there are any Kiasu Singaporeans out there,


2 cups of stir fried kailan


Cod fish, spinach and ABC soup
