It’s weird, really. It’s almost as if I’m not that fixated on losing weight per se. Sure, I was 45.5kg today. I could have avoided eating a lot, or going out so often because I know that causes me to gain weight. I can completely cut out PB. I can IF for the day. I can eat mainly vegetables and nuts. So many things I could do, but I don’t haha. Anyway it’s going to go up for sure tomorrow, hopefully not 46.5kg, but I’m planning on possibly IF-ing.
Today was quite bad I ate a lot of fat as well as a lot of carbs in breading as well as sauces >< The food wasn't even that good though sucks.
