1013 October, Low Carb

17 October

I always seem to be quite a bit more peckish after IF. Sadly I didn’t lose any weight at all :< oh well. No PB til I'm 45.5 twice.

Usual omelette


Some peanuts and 9 almonds, and 2 Tao Kae Noi seaweed

Somehow, I don’t even know why (I wasn’t really hungry today but sigh. I was hungry at 11.30am though) I went to the canteen and got some veggie and egg with mushr


And then at home, I ate 50 green tea seeds “yeah I’ll just stop at 10..”

And demolished the cottage cheese container



Dinner was some minced meat, Sambal spinach and salmon



I’m starting to eat mushroom haha
