TYWS dinner: 2 pieces chicken with oat crust + 4 pieces fish with onions + 1 pieces tofu + mushroom + broccoli and mushroom + lettuce + 1 pieces breaded fried prawn + tartar sauce

And of course I’ve got to eat a second bloody dinner from 8.40pm to 9.10pm (I BLAME SASHIMI):1 baked salmon head + 6 slices salmon sashimi + veggie + asparagus
