1113 November, Low Carb, Stuff I Made

25th November: YangZhou Stir Fried Eggplant

I just came back from China, and from the amount I ate I’m surprised I’m still 46.5kg. Of course I want to get it down to 45.5kg but I’m glad it didn’t shoot up to 48. So what should I do? I’m planning to IF once a week (or more) and LC again but when I feel like it back to induction. I’ll try not to snack so much or eat too large portions as I am now used to. I want a bit of PB heheh though I know that’s my downfall. “A bit”, I ate like 1h of it.

~Yangzhou eggplant: 5 cloves garlic + 40g ginger + 400g raw eggplant (9g) + 1t salt + 1T oyster sauce (2g) + 4T water = 11g~
