1213 December, Going Out, Low Carb, Stuff I Made

12th December: Curried Cauliflower, 313@Somerset Food Republic

– no brekkie (unless 47 or lower, then can cauliflower)
– salad/light lunch or something
– snack: seaweed
– no nuts at all
– dinner
– abs

Okay so I had breakfast in school, 3 veggie dishes. No snack, but light lunch later. Here goes nothing.



Curried Cauliflower:
– 2 cups cauliflower (50kcal, 6g)
– 1T olive oil (120kcal) — will use spray instead next time
– Salt (2t?)
– 3T coconut milk (45ml, 60kcal, 2.7g)
– 1/2 cup almond milk (17kcal, 1g)
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/4 cup Leek (1.5)
– 2T curry powder (48kcal, 4g)
– 1.5 cloves garlic (1.5g)
Total: 295kcal, 16.7g (can be 175kcal)
