7.20pm-7.30pm: Pesto :/

My eating is OUT OF CONTROL I don’t even know why but I keep snacking and wanting to eat everything I shouldn’t (eg 75 HONEYED sunflower seeds, wanted to eat more peanut butter and nuts and then I ate pesto ASDFLIJASDF) AND have I mentioned I’m 47.5kg wtf that’s more than I was right after Italy??! Why isn’t my weight deterring me
