27th January

…aka the day the auntie gave me 24 pieces (all that was left) of eggplant for $0.50 and a free box!

6.35am-6.45am: 1/2 egg (0.3g) + 1 egg white (0.2g) + 1/4 cup broccoli (1g) + eggplant + 1T onion + some tomatoes (1g) + 1t oyster sauce (0.6g) + 1/2 slice cheese (0.5g)

10.30am:
– 1 packet seaweed
– $1 15 pieces eggplant + 8 pieces broccoli

2.40pm:
– 2 cups cabbage & 100g enoki mushrooms
– $0.50 24 pieces eggplant

5pm:
– 2 pieces leftover beef ghoulash
– some cottage cheese
– 1 cup cabbage

– ribeye steak
– some salad
– 12 pieces sautéed zucchini

‘Famous Amos’ (Not really) mini CCC: (Makes 20 small + 30 a bit bigger + 35 tiny bite sized + a mini bowl of batter — 70 tiny bite sized)
– 1T egg
– 5T crisco (supposed to be butter)
– 5T oil
– 5T white sugar
– 4T brown sugar
– dash of vanilla essence
– 4/3 cups AP flour
– baking powder (supposed to be cream of tartar & baking soda)
– pinch of salt
– 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

1) Cream wet
2) Mix dry
3) Bake @ 180°C for 14 minutes

My dad ate 8 of them AT ONE GO because that was all I’d left on the tray, my mom had like 3! (She doesn’t usually eat any of it haha)
