5.50am: 1/2 egg (0.3g) + 1 egg white (0.2g) + 1/4 cup broccoli (1g) + eggplant + 1T onion + some tomatoes (1g) + 1t oyster sauce (0.6g) + 1/2 slice cheese (0.5g)
10.30am:
– $0.50 7 cauliflower + 3 broccoli
– free 1 tofu
– $0.50 15 pieces eggplant
2.40pm-3.05pm:
– 2 cups cabbage & 100g enoki mushrooms
– $0.50 8 pieces eggplant
– free curry cabbage
7.40pm-8.15pm:
– cottage cheese
– hotpot
> tons of veggie
> abt 15 pieces beef + 4 chicken + 4 pork
> mushroom & enoki
