5.50am: 1/2 egg (0.3g) + 1 egg white (0.2g) + 1/4 cup broccoli (1g) + eggplant + 1T onion + some tomatoes (1g) + 1t oyster sauce (0.6g) + 1/2 slice cheese (0.5g)
1 chewing gum
10.30am:
– $1 40+ beans + eggs w onion
– $0.50 6 pieces eggplant
2.30pm:
– 2 cups cabbage & 100g enoki mushrooms
– 4 min almond butter
– 10 min cottage cheese
3.50pm-3.55pm: 1 cup cabbage + 100g enoki mushrooms
6.10pm-7.10pm steamboat: :OOO
– shit ton of veggies
– enoki mushrooms
– other mushrooms
– 7 pieces beef
– 6 pieces chicken
– 5 pieces pork
– 1t Sambal chilli & 1t XO sauce

I went for 2 hours of BodyPump & BodyCombat, and I really really enjoy it it’s so fun and makes me so happy ^^ Coach Sophia was really cool too, encouraging and pumped up the atmosphere as we yelled HA!
