6.05am: 1/2 egg (0.3g) + 1 egg white (0.2g) + 1/4 cup broccoli (1g) + eggplant + 1T onion + some tomatoes (1g) + 1t oyster sauce (0.6g) + 1/2 slice cheese (0.5g)

10.30am & 2.15pm:
– 2 cups cabbage + 100g mushrooms
– $0.50 12 CS eggplant
– $0.50 10 MS eggplant + lettuce

1.25pm: 9 almonds
2.50pm: 1 packet seaweed
6pm-7.30pm @ NYGH BEL Steamboat:
– 1 bite of yu sheng
– 3 meatballs
– a bunch of vegetable
– a ton of mushroom
– 1 cheese tofu
– 1/2 hotdog

KAF Brownies: (Makes 8×8 pan)
– 2 eggs
– 74g cocoa
– 120g butter
– 200g sugar
– 94g flour
– 1/2t salt
– 1/2t baking powder
– 1/2t espresso powder
– 1/2T vanilla extract
– Chocolate chips
Instructions:

Monkey Bars: (8×8 pan)
150g sugar
120g yogurt
50g butter
1 egg
130g flour + 3T
