6.40am-6.50am:
1/2 egg (0.3g) + 1 egg white (0.2g) + 1/4 cup broccoli (1g) + eggplant + 1T onion + some tomatoes (1g) + 1t oyster sauce (0.6g) + 1/2 slice cheese (0.5g) + 4T cottage cheese (4g)
7.35am-7.40am: 100g sautéed cabbage + some mushroom
10.30am:
– 15 pieces CS eggplant
– 100g sautéed cabbage + some mushroom
2.50pm:
– 1/2 crayfish
– 1 piece leftover sweet sour pork
– 2 leftover salted egg prawns
– 1 small bowl mum’s salad
– 1/2 chicken wing
3.50pm: 1/2 AF Chocolate brownie + 2 raspberries
7pm-7.40pm @ The Loading Bay The Bistro:
– $9 Roasted Chicken Leg
– 2 sides of salad w peppers & tomato
– Caesar salad w egg sesame seed peanuts

AF Chocolate brownie:
– 1T almond flour (0.5g)
– 1T cocoa powder (1g)
– 1T sweetener (1g)
– baking soda
– 1T yogurt (est 1g)
– 2t almond milk
– 1/2 85% Lindt chocolate (5/8g, est 0.5g)
= 111kcal, 4.8g

Bake in ramekin for 15 minutes.
