0214 February, Low Carb

12th February: T2 Swensens

I think I eat relatively well, then I realised that most people eat perhaps

1 piece of bread with spread
Milk/milo
Crackers during recess or a bun
Packet food (rice + veg + meat)
Dinner (rice + veg + meat)

Then there’s me

Fried egg omelette stuffed FULL with broccoli, eggplant, onions, CHEESE
Cottage cheese
Eggplant
Some more eggplant
Cabbage and mushrooms
Salad
AND some more seaweed because apparently all the above hasn’t been enough

That’s all before dinner.. And I wonder why I’m fat.

More specifically,
1/2 egg (0.3g) + 1 egg white (0.2g) + 1/4 cup broccoli (1g) + eggplant + 1T onion + some tomatoes (1g) + 1t oyster sauce (0.6g) + 1/2 slice cheese (0.5g) + 3T cottage cheese (3g)
10.30am:
– 12 pieces CS eggplants
– 2 tofu
– 7 pieces MS eggplant
– taste 2 cubes pumpkin (she gave 4)
2.15pm:
– mum’s salad
3.45pm:
– 200g sautéed cabbage + some mushroom
– 1 packet seaweed
6.15pm:
– 8 deep fried salmon skin sushi tei
7pm: 1/4 chocolate AF thing
8.20pm @ Swensens T2:
– creamy mushroom soup
– barramundi fish + mushroom
– mum’s cheese beef patty
– salad side
