~Stir fried cauliflower: 3 cloves garlic + 250g Cauli (5g) + 1T fish sauce (2g) + 1.5T water + salt + some oil~
~Yogurt Tahini sauce: 1.5T yogurt + 1/2t tahini + 1/4th lemon juice + some water~
11.30am-12.30pm:
– 5 almonds
– 200g Stirfried eggplant + 3 cloves garlic + 1/2T oyster sauce + 1/2t salt
– 55 seeds
12.35pm-12.55pm: 150g baked salmon
12.55pm-1.10pm: almond butter
4.30pm: XO sauce, CC, some pork floss
5pm-5.15pm: 250g stir fried cauliflower + some YT sauce
5.50pm-6.15pm:
– 8 eggplants
– beancurd knot w cabbage x2
– 11 eggplants
