15th March: Choc Frosted PB Oat Bars

CHOCOLATE FROSTED PB OAT BARS: (2 8x8s)
① Wet
– 1/3 cup, 50g sugar
– 1/2 cup, 100g brown sugar
– 1/2 cup, 119g butter
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup, 72g peanut butter
② Dry
– 90g oats
– 126g flour
– Baking soda
– Salt
[678g batter]
③ 1/2 batch Frosting
– 62g icing sugar
– 36g PB
– 1T milk
– 2T, 14g cocoa powder

Instructions:
1) Cream sugars + butter together.
2) Beat in egg + PB.
3) Stir ② together.
4) Add ② to ①.
5) Stir until well combined.
6) Pressed into 2 foiled and sprayed 8×8 tins, or a large 9×13 pan.
7) Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C, for 15-20 minutes. (browned)

– 40 green tea pumpkin seed

1.30-1.50pm: leftover 1/2 beef + mushroom
1.50pm-2pm: 10min XO sauce
2pm-2.10pm: 10 blueberries & blackberries

4.30pm @ HKW: ($2.40)
– 2x eggplant (8+10)
– 3 beancurd knots w cabbage

5.45pm-6.15pm @ PMC:
– some veg broccoli mushroom
– 2 chicken wing
– 4 tofu
– egg
