Almond Flour Brownies (Makes 9×5 loaf pan):
– 70-80g almond flour
– 4t. unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/3t. baking powder
– 7T sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2t. vanilla
– 78g butter
– 74g chocolate

Instructions:
1) In a small bowl, mix together AF + cocoa powder + baking powder
2) Whisk eggs + sugar + vanilla
3) Melt butter + chocolate in 30 second bursts in the microwave, stir
4) Whisk butter-chocolate mix into [2]
5) Add [1] to [4], mix. Batter will be wet and liquid-y
6) Pour into a sprayed 9×5 pan
7) Bake at preheated to 180°C oven for 30 minutes.

Dad’s comment: “good” “very good” “super duper good” “really tastes like brownie”
Appearance: Crackly top, dense fudgy moist insides. Mm!
