~CCK PB Fro-yo: 1/4 cup yogurt (60g, 4.5g carbs)+ 1/2 packet equal + 2t PB + 2T almond milk = about 6.5g, 150kcal~

– 2 bak kut teh
– 2 stomach
– 2 braised pork
– 3 mushroom
– some broccoli
11.17am-11.37am @ Brunei Airport Coffee Bean: Some mocha ice blended + small vanilla ice blended
1.13pm-1.33pm (20min) @ Silkair SQ181:
– fish
– a bit of veg

– 1 seed
– 20+ crab stick fried & peanuts
4.10pm-4.20pm:
– 3 blueberries
– 1 strawberry
4.50pm-4.58pm: Almond Milk Frappe (3/8 cup A.M., 1 packet equal, 2 handfuls ice cubes, 1t cocoa, 2T cold water, 1t coffee, 1T boiling water)
5.40pm: 1/2 of PB Fro Yo (75kcal, 3.4g)
6.45pm-7.35pm @ UKH’s:
– 1 huge prawn
– taste beef
– taste lamb
– 1/2 fat sausage
– 2x salad w dressing
